Very Narrow Bandwidth VUV to UV Optical Bandpass Filter designs are available at select 193nm and longer VUV to UV wavelengths designated as "FVN" having a ~10nm - 15nm FWHM in a 25.0mm Diameter size only. "FVN" type Optical Filters are available at other wavelengths from 193nm to 313nm upon request.
